Jay Rankin

Expert Area: Health and Safety, and UK Lifeguarding
Jay Rankin is a fully qualified RLSS Trainer and Assessor as well as first aid tutor. Jay set up 360 Leisure in 2015 after being asked by various companies to come in and improve the standard of their training and help them meet best practice in health and safety.
​
Since then having gained contracts all across the UK for both training and consultancy. These include brand new builds sites costing in excess of £50 million to dry community funded sites as well as Privately owned pools.
Jay is now based around health and safety, and is involved in helping sites with anything from writing your PSOP to Dye testing as well as audits and improvement plans.

Yigal Bar

Expert Area: Beach and International lifeguarding
Based in Isreal, Yigal is the first and only person to to start teaching RLSS qualifications in isreal.
​
Yigal realized after many rescue operations carried out in the stormy sea made me realize the huge gap between the theory being taught and the harsh, complex, unpredictable and life-threatening reality. We are currently in discussions with the government to try and introduce the RLSS qualifications across the country and improve safety standards.

Having been lifeguard for over 15 years Yigal is a specialist in all kinds of situations.

Ryan Hill

Expert Area: Staff Training
​
Ryan has a background in both rugby and judo. Having started working in a leisure center as a receptionist, he quickly moved up to assistant manager. He was working as a health and safety manager for a chain of cubs before starting with 360 Leisure.
​
Ryan enjoys running all sorts of pool based courses for anyone involved in the industry. Ryan regularly runs both ER Pool (Emergency Response Pool) and NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard qualification) courses at our venues across the country, due to his background in health and safety.
